Armed with a First Class Honours in Early Childhood Education from University of Wales in the United Kingdom (UK), Angeline was recruited as the Consultant at Niwa Schoolhouse where she undertakes the academics and operations portfolios under her wings.
Prior to her employment at Niwa Schoolhouse, Angeline had collaborated with various prestigious childcare centres, including MindChamps PreSchool, EtonHouse Prechool, Schoolhouse by the Bay and Gracefields. At her last appointment, Angeline helmed MindChamps PreSchool @ JTC Summit as the Principal who demonstrated excellent leadership abilities in bringing the team to great heights. This effectively celebrated Angeline’s efforts in helping MindChamps Preschool @ JTC Summit to become one of the ‘Best Performing School’ among the rest of the MindChamps’ franchised branches. During her stay, Angeline also formed strong relationships with many, including parents, colleagues and Champs from the school, to which she still enjoys the close bonds till today.
As a mother of 2 young children, Angeline understands the challenging dynamics of modern families and she aims to provide quality childcare services to all parents who are looking for affordable monthly investments for their child’s preschool education. At Niwa Schoolhouse, Angeline’s promise to all parents would be to offer ‘a home away from home’ for all Niwa-ians and their families where the young ones benefit and develop to their greatest potential in a ‘homely-school’ environment.

With over 12 years of both teaching and leadership experiences, Angeline endeavours to establish Niwa Schoolhouse as the top premium preschool in Woodlands, together with a group passionate and dedicated Early Childhood educators.

Evelyn graduated from Ngee Ann Polytechnic with a Diploma in Information and Technologies, majoring in Networking. She has worked as an Administration Assistant at Ace Marketing Services, and later moved on to Dano International, where she shined in Administration Executive role.
Evelyn joined jobsDB.com in 2005 as an Administrative Executive and later in 2007, she was given the opportunity to lead the HR and Admin team. With her passion growing for Human Resources functions, she took up short courses and obtained Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) from Singapore Polytechnic as well as a WSQ Payroll Process Certificate and later on she upgraded herself with a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
In 2013, she decided to leave jobsDB.com to fulfil her childhood dream that is to venture in an Early Childhood Industry’s environment. Thus, Niwa Schoolhouse comes into the picture!

Jade Chen is affectionately addressed as “Ms. Jade” by the children in her care.
Over the last decade and a half of teaching, Jade has worked in some established as well as premium preschool settings, like ‘Sherwood Childcare’, ’Treehouse Kindercare’, ‘Pat’s Schoolhouse’, and ‘MindChamps PreSchool’ and conducted programmes, such as ‘Project Work’, ‘Town4kids’, ‘FasTracKids’, ‘Inquiry Moments’, ‘Music for the Mind’, ‘Mind Over Matter’, ‘Mind-Body in Motion’ , ‘Gourmet Moments’ and ‘Creativity and Theatrical Strategies’, on top of incorporating lessons and skills through structured curriculum, inquiry-project work.
A passionately inspired teacher in Reggio’s work, during her service at these settings, Jade was empowered and given ample opportunities to lead, explore and facilitate the naturally inquisitive children under her wings which, in turn, propelled her to stay passionately in the teaching field for a long time.
